  • Watts Handrail, 2015. Simplicity, elegance and strength. This handrail was forged to 1 5/8 inch round from 1 1/2 inch square bar. Traditional mortise and tenon or blind weld joinery.

  • Long Ma Jing Shen, 2014 - 40 high x 10 inches wide. <em>May you be blessed with the vitality of the dragon and the horse</em>. A Chinese blessing given to elders. Raised copper mounted on aluminum plate.

  • MO=MI (I-beam Garden Bench). 2012, 50h x 36w x 30d inches, steel, cedar, tung oil, forged & fabricated. The title, MO=MI (short for Mass Out = Mass In), is my mathematical equation for the process. Geometric shapes were torch cut from the web of the I-beam, forged into the flowers and stems and then welded back in to their original locations.
